Return/Cancellation Policy

Freeze Dried Sweets cannot accept any returns for perishable or bespoke goods. This refers to all products Freeze Dried Sweets sell as they are made to order. If an item is returned to sender, or refused for whatever reason, we cannot accept the items and they will have to be binned due to the nature of the items which means we are unable to refund so please ensure to accept your parcel. If your order is opened or you believe it is missing items you need to contact us within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered - you must provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and damaged items within 48 hours or we are unable to submit a claim and unable to refund. Any issues raised after this we are unable to investigate as too much time has elapsed since delivery. Please email hello@freezedriedsweets.com as soon as you can. Remember to send photos of the damage, the packaging, and any other details you have. We are unable to refund any items that have unfortunately been damaged in transit, our items leave our warehouse in pristine condition, and we try our best to ensure the items stay in pristine condition during transit, however, as these items are extremely delicate, they may break. As this is inevitable for these certain items, we are unable to refund. They are meant to be eaten anyway so we appreciate your understanding in regards to this.

If you are looking to cancel an order that you have placed, you can email us at the email address provided below. Please note that orders can only be cancelled if the fulfilment process has not already begun. This is because all items are made to order & once this fulfilment process has begun we can no longer cancel the order. This process can often begin as soon as your order is placed, therefore cancellation of your order may not be possible. There will also be a deduction of any transaction fees made for your order if we are able to cancel your order. Please note that we cannot cancel an order for a gift card under any circumstances Under no circumstances shall we issue a refund or accept a return due to personal preference factors which are completely out of our control, for example, you not liking a sweet. Once a refund is agreed & processed by us, refunds can take up to 14 working days to then appear back in your account. This depends on the bank you use & we have no control over so unfortunately we cannot speed the process up. All of the above complaints will be handled at our discretion, terms which you agree to when purchasing any of the above items. We also cannot refund any shipping costs due to our delays as these delays are unfortunately out of our control & we are doing the best we can. Your order is still liable for shipping costs at all times & at no times will we refund them as shipping is not free unfortunately & still requires payment at all times. Every customer is required to ensure their address is fully correct prior checking out, we do not have the time ability to look through every single order to ensure addresses are correct so this is customers responsibility. In the event that you have supplied us with the incorrect address & your item has been lost due to this, we are unable to do anything. In the event that you have supplied us with the incorrect address & the courier returns this to us, we will require a re-shipment fee of £3.50. Weather Policy During the summer period some products, especially confectionary, may melt during transport. All orders containing such products are shipped at the customers' own risk. Once dispatched we are unable to control the temperature that the goods are shipped in therefore we are unable to take responsibility for items that, once delivered, turn to have suffered any types of damage from the heat.

Stock All orders are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order or an item is not in stock we will replace the item with something else similar or something you have ordered already.

Subscriptions Subscriptions can be canceled by logging into your account and going into the customer portal. Please note, this only works if you registered with us, if you checked out as a guest this will not work. The second option would be to use the link sent to you from us to "manage your subscription". If you cancel your subscription before the recurring charge, then you will not be charged again.
